Dink Rally Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2026

Dink Rally is a pickleball game made by Nicholas Vitale. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: nothing leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Dink Rally does not collect, store on a server, sell or share any personal information or usage data.

What stays on your device

The app saves a few things on your device so they are remembered next time:

None of this is personal information. Nothing leaves your device: this data is never sent anywhere, and deleting the app deletes it.

This website

These web pages and the web version of the game are hosted on Replit. Replit may record anonymous page-view statistics (such as page address, referrer and screen size) for its hosting service. Dink Rally itself does not add any analytics, and the iPhone app sends nothing.

Crash reports

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports to us. This is controlled by Apple and by you, not by the app.

Children

Dink Rally is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
